Emerging Young Leaders is an enrichment program for girls, grades 6 to 8, to acquire the knowledge and skills to be our future leaders. Since Pi Psi Omega implemented the sorority's signature program in September 2011, its participants have participated in a "Pink Carpet" kick-off event and several educational workshops. They have also serviced the community through preparation of Thanksgiving Baskets for families in need, a Kwanzaa presentation for the county's elders and can drive for a food pantry.
